Cancellation Policy

APA An Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) provides charterers with a transparent and traceable method of managing their expenses. The quoted charter fee exclusively covers the usage of the yacht and its personnel; any additional costs incurred are not included in the initial charter fee. The APA is the conventional method of payment for all expenditures incurred throughout a yacht charter. Establishing a petty cash account for the Captain is a simple process that enables them to attend to all operational expenditures, such as fuel, port fees, transfers to and from the vessel, food, beverages, communications, and any additional funds required for special requests and incidentals on your behalf. All payments will be deducted from this account, and the Captain is responsible for maintaining all receipts and balancing the account on your behalf. The APA does not incur markups, and the expenditure can be reviewed at any given moment. Any residual balance at the conclusion of your charter will be fully reimbursed to you. Similarly, any outstanding payments must be made to the Captain by the charterer prior to disembarkation. Your captain should do everything possible to inform you beforehand if it appears that your expenses will surpass your APA. The APA must be paid concurrently with the final charter payment, enabling the Captain and Crew to be able to organise their affairs prior to the departure.
